What We’re Seeking:
- Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license (WA OT license)
- Possession or willingness to obtain a Washington Teaching Certification (may be required)
- Experience or interest in working with a school-age pediatric population
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40 students and support diverse needs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Your Role Will Include:
- Delivering direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students in grades PreK-5
- Conducting assessments and creating customized intervention plans to address fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and related service staff to foster student growth and inclusion
- Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Participating in IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations and updates
- Advocating for students’ needs and contributing to positive school environments
