Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active, unencumbered Occupational Therapist licensure in Washington State (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Willingness to collaborate with educators and parents to develop IEPs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and implement therapy for students (PreK-12) with a variety of needs
- Create and deliver customized interventions to promote student participation and independence in the classroom
- Document progress, attend team meetings, and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
- Provide resources and education to staff and families
