Desired Qualifications:
- Current, valid Occupational Therapist License in Virginia
- Previous experience or passion for working in schools or with pediatric populations
- Adept at assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive OT services to students in individual and small group settings
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to maximize student achievement
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and help develop/implement student goals
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging school environment
