Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy license in Wisconsin required
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with different age groups and adapting to various caseloads
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student progress
- Document and track student progress in accordance with district guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute as part of the special education team
