- Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Texas
- Experience in school-based OT preferred
- Ability to manage both direct service and consultative roles
- Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Familiarity with IEP preparation and participation in ARD meetings
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver Occupational Therapy to a caseload of 54 students requiring direct intervention and 14 receiving consultation
- Actively participate in preparing and updating IEP paperwork to meet each student’s individual needs
- Attend ARD meetings, contributing meaningful input and advocating for student success
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and administration to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
