School Occupational Therapist - Fountain, Colorado

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapist licensure in Colorado (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work flexibly supporting multiple schools across the district
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, creating IEP goals, and delivering therapy services
- Comfort with a variety of student needs, ages, and learning modalities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Evaluate, create, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with other professionals and families
- Travel between assigned sites as needed to provide district-wide support
- Document services provided and progress as required by district and state guidelines
- Work closely with educators, administrators, and families to maximize student success and independence
