Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations for assigned students
- Develop and implement individualized OT interventions that support student participation and performance in school activities
- Collaborate with teachers and other multidisciplinary team members to adapt classroom environments and provide strategies for student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation including session notes and progress reports
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to support whole-student needs
- Educate families and school staff on therapy goals and strategies, ensuring carryover of skills
