Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state OT license (or eligibility for licensure)

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with teachers, administrators, and families
- Comfortable adapting to changes as a new school director transitions into the role
- Open to onsite and/or virtual assignments
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students’ fine motor, sensory, and self-help needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help students reach their educational goals
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and functional success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on student-centered solutions
- Assist staff in creating an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
