What you’ll bring:
- Active Occupational Therapist license for the state of Washington (WA SLP License required)
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) credential
- Fingerprints cleared through OSPI
- Experience in school-based OT practice or a strong interest in providing therapy services in K-12 settings
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with students, staff, and families
- Flexibility to work with varying caseloads and diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and other service providers to create tailored strategies for student support
- Maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation per school and legal regulations
- Communicate progress and recommendations to families and educational teams
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and school-led professional development opportunities
