Qualifications:

- Valid AZ fingerprint clearance card mandated
- Experience in school-based OT preferred, but all backgrounds considered

- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and case documentation
- Passion for cultivating student independence and participation
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students as determined by their IEPs
- Complete assessments, write reports, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, ensuring student goals are addressed
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to integrate OT strategies within classroom routines
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
- Adapt to a diverse student population and varying caseload needs, which will be discussed in your interview
