Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
- Previous experience providing OT services in a school environment (elementary and PreK preferred)
- Strong understanding of pediatric occupational therapy assessments and interventions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
- Committed to fostering students’ functional independence and inclusion
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to elementary and PreK students on site
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to implement intervention plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Consult on adaptive strategies and classroom modifications to ensure student participation
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
