School Occupational Therapist | Glendale, Arizona

Located near Glendale, AZ, this position offers part-time hours—enjoy a schedule of 3 to 4 days weekly, up to 19 hours in total, allowing for flexibility while making a significant impact in students’ educational journeys.
You’ll work with a diverse caseload, helping students overcome physical, cognitive, and sensory challenges that affect their participation in classroom activities. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to tailor individualized interventions, track progress, and equip educators with strategies to support each learner.
Your days will include:
- Conducting assessments and providing therapeutic services to students in grades K through 12
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Maintaining detailed records of student progress and therapy outcomes
- Offering guidance and training to teachers and staff to facilitate inclusion and access within the educational setting
- Collaborating frequently with families and staff to ensure continuous support for students
Desired qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License and relevant state certification
- Previous experience in a school-based OT role (preferred)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
