Key Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage caseloads efficiently
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to approximately 45 students onsite across several elementary and middle school campuses
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document student progress in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student accommodations inside the classroom
- Consult regularly with multidisciplinary teams to integrate OT strategies into daily routines and educational goals
- Maintain thorough documentation while adhering to compliance standards and timelines
