Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license valid in Colorado
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings preferred
- Strong ability to assess and implement individualized therapy plans
- Familiarity with IEP development and documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students in alignment with their IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations, develop intervention strategies, and monitor student progress
- Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure supportive learning environments
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide guidance and resources to classroom staff for implementing therapeutic strategies
- Adapt interventions to meet unique developmental, sensory, and emotional needs
