Desired Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina Occupational Therapist license (required)

- Skilled in conducting school-based therapy sessions, evaluations, and generating related reports
Role Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students and develop individualized goals tailored to their needs
- Provide direct therapy services and document progress on IEPs
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams on campus and maintain communication with families and teachers
- Manage a caseload of 30-35 students, adapting therapy approaches as needed for diverse ages and abilities
- Deliver comprehensive reports, participate in IEP meetings, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
