Key Qualifications:
- Active and valid Occupational Therapist license
- Previous experience providing OT services in a school setting strongly preferred
- Ability to evaluate and treat a range of needs for school-aged children
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and organization skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative services for about 35 students across three schools (25 direct, 10 consultative)
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to identify student needs and guide interventions
- Participate as a valued member of the TPBA (Transdisciplinary Play-Based Assessment) team for preschool-aged children, one day per week
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with teachers and families
- Document progress, adjust strategies as needed, and support IEP goal attainment
