Position Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required
- Active OT license in Michigan
- Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred
- NO COTA applications accepted; supervision cannot be provided
- Comfortable managing a caseload of 30-40 students across multiple sites
- Must be available for onsite work (not remote/virtual)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group OT services to K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEP goals
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and student evaluations
