Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current, active Occupational Therapist license
- State licensure/certification required
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred
What You’ll Do:
- Assess and treat K-12 students with physical, cognitive, and sensory disabilities impacting school participation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized treatment plans and meaningful goals
- Conduct thorough evaluations and deliver tailored therapy sessions to support student growth
- Monitor, track, and document student progress, maintaining clear and timely records
- Educate and train school staff on techniques and strategies to foster access and success for students with disabilities in the classroom
