We are partnering with a supportive school district in Holly Springs, MS to hire a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to work with students across multiple school sites while collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
Position Details

- School Sites: Multiple campuses
- Caseload: Approximately 51 students
- Age Groups: Pre-K through High School, including a small self-contained high school classroom
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with student IEPs.
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
Qualifications
- Active Mississippi Occupational Therapist license
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
