Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, families, and staff
- Collaborative mindset and adaptability across multiple educational levels
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess, plan, and implement interventions to support students’ fine motor, sensory processing, and functional life skills
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of student goals and objectives
