Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy license required
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is a must
- Experience supporting pediatric populations, preferably in educational settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with students, families, and school staff
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ needs and develop individualized intervention plans
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students with varying abilities
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement strategies that enhance student participation and performance
- Document progress and maintain compliance with relevant regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations to support student growth
