What you'll need to thrive here:
- Valid California Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L)
- Previous experience working with children in educational or pediatric settings (preferred)

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
- Ability to adapt OT interventions for diverse student needs
- Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and paperwork efficiently
Key responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students to determine occupational therapy needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Deliver creative, purposeful interventions across a variety of school-based settings
- Work closely with educators and families to promote student participation and independence
- Document sessions and progress in compliance with school and legal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and professional development activities
