Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized therapy plans for students as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to provide strategies and accommodations that enhance student participation and independence
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Contribute to IEP meetings and provide progress reports on student development
