Key Qualifications:

- Active OT licensure in California

- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students needing occupational therapy services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy to students individually or in groups, using evidence-based techniques
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding students’ progress and accommodations
- Monitor, document, and report on student outcomes and progress toward IEP goals
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and legal guidelines
