Qualifications:
- Active Washington Occupational Therapist (OT) License
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification
- Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric therapy is welcomed
Responsibilities:
- Deliver school-based OT services for elementary-aged students
- Manage a caseload of 42 students, ensuring individualized support and documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams on intervention planning
- Develop and implement treatment plans that foster functional independence in students
- Maintain thorough and timely progress reports
