Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state
- Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Expertise with K-12 populations, including diverse learning needs
- Strong skills in collaboration and communication

- Organizational skills for managing caseloads and documentation
- Commitment to fostering independence and skill development in students
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to a caseload of 86 students through direct consult, plus consultative support for 9 additional students
- Work alongside a fellow onsite OT to coordinate and deliver interventions
- Assess students’ motor, sensory, and adaptive skills to create individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate strategies into classroom routines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide timely, accurate documentation
- Support students in achieving functional goals for greater independence and success in their educational setting
- Uphold all regulatory, district, and ethical guidelines in practice
