Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy license in Georgia
- Experience or strong interest in working with students in a school setting, K-12 preferred
- Ability to oversee and support COTA staff effectively
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for students of varying abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ functional needs to support their educational goals
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans within the IEP framework
- Provide supervision and mentorship to COTAs as they deliver OT services
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in team meetings as required
This position offers the stability of a full-time, Monday through Friday schedule (37.5 hours per week) in a supportive school atmosphere.
