Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin Occupational Therapy License (DSPS required)
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Experience in schools, home health, or healthcare settings as an OT preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ functional abilities, motor skills, and educational needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ occupational therapy goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure coordinated support and progress
- Document evaluations, progress, and services in accordance with school and legal guidelines
- Provide both direct and consultative therapy to students across K-12 grade levels
- Travel to school sites or homes as needed to deliver services in the appropriate environment
