Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the State of Wisconsin is required
- Experience in a school setting or with school-aged children strongly preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with staff, students, and parents
- Ability to design and implement effective therapeutic interventions tailored to diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students in grades K-12
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services based on student IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and other professionals to support student development
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and comply with all required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and related school activities
