Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based therapy

- Excellent collaboration skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to adapt strategies for diverse student needs and ages
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services as outlined in students’ IEPs
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with educational staff to implement interventions within the school setting
- Assist in improving students’ fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and reviews
- Engage families and caregivers with resources and strategies to support students’ continued growth
