In this role, you’ll serve three supportive elementary schools, working primarily with small groups or individual students—creating personalized, impactful sessions. Manage a manageable caseload of approximately 30 students, providing vital services that empower each child to reach their potential.
Qualifications/Desired Experience
- Active Occupational Therapy license in New Jersey (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience providing OT services in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for working with elementary-aged children
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
- Flexibility to work full-time M-F, or willingness to consider two part-time candidates
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy services to a caseload of about 30 elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation
- Support students’ participation in school activities through targeted interventions
- Rotate between three elementary schools as scheduled
