Occupational Therapist School Setting in Kalama, WA

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State Occupational Therapist Certification
- Experience working within school settings strongly preferred
- Ability to address an array of disabilities, ranging from mild to severe
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Commitment to providing tailored interventions to help each student reach their fullest potential
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school grades
- Create and implement individualized plans based on student needs and IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
- Maintain detailed documentation and ongoing progress reports for students
- Engage in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations to guide educational planning
- Adapt strategies creatively to enhance student learning and participation in a variety of school activities
This full-time role is on-site, averaging 7 hours each day, Monday through Friday. Interviews will begin promptly, with virtual (ZOOM) or in-person options available for your convenience.
