Location: Kansas City, KS
Pay: $45–$55/hour
Hours: Full-time, 37.5–40 hours/week
Assignment: Ongoing Pipeline Opportunities | 2026–2027 School Year
About the Role
ProCare Therapy is building a pipeline of Occupational Therapists for anticipated school-based openings throughout Kansas City, KS and nearby districts.
We are seeking passionate clinicians who are interested in supporting students across a variety of school settings while working alongside collaborative multidisciplinary teams.
Candidates with dual Kansas and Missouri licensure are strongly preferred due to the geographic reach of partner districts across both sides of the Kansas City metro area.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct occupational therapy services
• Conduct evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Support IEP development and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Potential Caseload Details
• Elementary through secondary settings
• Typical caseloads: 35–55 students
• Focus areas: fine motor development, sensory regulation, motor planning, functional independence
• Single-site and multi-site opportunities may become available
Qualifications
• Active Kansas OT license
• Missouri OT license strongly preferred
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
Compensation & Benefits
