School Occupational Therapist - Kelso, Washington

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State Occupational Therapist certification is required
- Previous experience providing OT services in school settings, or with pediatric populations, preferred
- Comfortable working with a range of disabilities and adapting strategies for individual student needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and adaptive learning environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to develop, implement, and update individualized education plans for students
- Deliver direct therapy services and consultative support across multiple grade levels
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and attend multidisciplinary meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and family members to ensure educational goals are met
- Educate staff and caregivers on interventions and tools to promote student success
- Assist with transition planning and provide resources for continued student development
This is a full-time, onsite contract position, scheduled Monday through Friday, seven hours per day throughout the entire school year. Interviews will be conducted promptly, with flexible options for Zoom or in-person meetings.
