In this role, you’ll:
- Assess students to determine their needs related to school accessibility and participation.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in partnership with parents, teachers, and allied professionals.
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions, documenting progress throughout the school year.
- Provide consultative support, resource recommendations, and in-service training for educators and staff to better support students with disabilities.
- Manage a caseload spanning grades K–12 across a 33-hour weekly schedule.
To excel in this position, you should have:
- A Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Occupational Therapist licensure plus state-level certification in Minnesota.
- Previous professional experience within a school setting.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
