Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in Colorado (or eligibility for licensure)
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong skills in evaluation, intervention planning, and documentation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Passion for helping elementary-aged children develop skills for success
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group occupational therapy services to elementary students
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in partnership with educators and parents
- Assess motor skills, sensory integration, adaptive behavior, and functional abilities
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports per school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and share expertise with staff and families
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and positive learning environment
