Occupational Therapist School Setting in Lynnwood, WA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington (or eligibility for WA licensure)
- Previous experience working in K-12 school settings preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy tools, documentation, and best practices
- Home health OT experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs
- Deliver occupational therapy services onsite, via teletherapy, and in home-based settings as required
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to foster students’ access to the curriculum and daily activities
- Maintain thorough documentation and timely progress reports in compliance with state and federal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning and support
