Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)

- Ability to create individualized treatment plans, incorporating best practices for student success
- Skilled at adapting therapeutic techniques to meet a range of student abilities and needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine students’ occupational therapy requirements
- Develop, implement, and periodically update individualized OT plans tailored to each student’s goals
- Provide both direct interventions and consultative support as needed in classroom and home health settings
- Document sessions accurately and maintain ongoing compliance with established protocols
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support students’ overall academic and functional achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a holistic understanding of each student’s developmental progress
