What You’ll Bring:
- Active OT licensure and credentials
- Experience working with early childhood and elementary-aged students
- Previous school-based OT and/or pediatric home health background
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
- Adaptability and confidence working across multiple sites
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to start as soon as possible for a full-time schedule
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services onsite
- Assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions for a diverse caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support student goals
- Document services and progress in compliance with school standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
- Travel between two assigned school locations near Milwaukee, WI
- Contribute to a positive, nurturing environment that supports student development
