Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist license required
- Experience in school-based and/or home health OT preferred
- Familiarity with early childhood and elementary student needs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with staff, students, and families
- Ability to adapt interventions to diverse learning environments
- Comfortable working onsite at multiple locations
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions for students in early childhood and elementary grades
- Collaborate with educators, family members, and other professionals to support IEP/504 plans and student progress
- Develop and deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating a supportive school environment
- Travel between two designated school campuses as part of the regular schedule
