Qualifications and Desired Experience:

- Current Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience working in school, home health, or healthcare settings

- Adaptability and creativity in delivering personalized interventions
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to elementary students
- Complete evaluations, develop IEP/504 goals, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to design strategies for access and participation
- Deliver both group and individualized interventions, supporting fine motor, sensory, and self-care needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans through data-driven decision-making
- Consult with school staff and parents to maximize student potential
- Maintain accurate records of therapy and progress documentation
