Position Overview
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and provide services across multiple school sites in the Marana, AZ area. This is a part-time, 0.6 FTE itinerant position supporting students with mild to severe needs.
The ideal candidate will have previous school-based experience and be passionate about helping students develop the skills they need to succeed academically and functionally.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to students across multiple school sites.
- Support students with a range of mild to severe needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and other members of the educational team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and service records.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals as needed.
- Provide services in accordance with school and district requirements.
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license required.
- IVP Fingerprint Card required.
- Previous school-based experience preferred.
- Initial certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work across multiple school sites.
