Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Arizona (or eligibility for licensure)
- Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred

- Background in home health, teletherapy, or healthcare OT is a plus
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students across multiple campuses in the district
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized educational programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ development and success
- Utilize various service delivery models, including in-person, home health, and teletherapy as needed
- Support both fine and gross motor skill improvements in school-aged children
