What we’re looking for:
- Experience in school-based OT, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy settings
- Demonstrated ability to manage a varied pediatric caseload
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
- Active West Virginia Occupational Therapy license (required)
In this position, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering comprehensive OT services and therapy interventions onsite to support students’ educational and developmental needs
- Completing timely evaluations, documenting progress, and participating in IEP meetings
- Consulting with teachers, staff, and families to ensure a collaborative approach
- Managing a caseload of 44 students at two elementary schools, tailoring therapy for pre-K to 5th grade
- Adapting treatment plans to align with each student's goals and abilities
