School Occupational Therapist - Marysville, Washington

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapy license in Washington
- Prior experience working with school-aged children, especially within school settings
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
- Knowledge of IEP processes and appropriate therapeutic interventions for various needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to determine students’ needs and areas for support
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans
- Support academic participation, sensory integration, and fine motor development
- Maintain detailed records and progress reports in compliance with school documentation standards
- Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and family members to ensure successful integration of therapy strategies in the classroom
