Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid and current OT license in Washington
- Experience in school-based occupational therapy, home health, healthcare settings, and teletherapy preferred
- Strong collaboration skills with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in adapting therapy activities for students with a wide range of needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to planning sessions
- Educate staff and families on strategies to support student growth and independence
- Travel as needed to home and community settings (as applicable)
