Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
- Valid OT licensure in Washington (or eligibility)
- Strong knowledge of school-based OT practices
- Experience with elementary and/or middle school preferred
- Adaptability to varied caseloads and environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to students as assigned
- Work collaboratively with educators, administrators, and families
- Conduct assessments and write reports tailored to student needs
- Develop and implement intervention plans
- Maintain meticulous documentation and compliance with school/state regulations
- Support IEP processes and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
