Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with school-age children (K-12)
- Familiarity with school-based OT practices, including IEPs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Able to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students in alignment with IEPs
- Assess students’ functional abilities and determine relevant interventions
- Document progress and prepare reports for educational teams and families
- Consult with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
- Adapt interventions and strategies to meet students’ individual needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as required
