Key Qualifications:
- Valid and active Occupational Therapy license/certification in Pennsylvania
- Minimum of one year of previous school-based OT experience
- Comfortable and skilled working within urban school communities
- Experience serving K-12 student populations
- Ability to provide OT support independently (COTAs not eligible for this role)
- Willingness and eligibility to obtain all required Pennsylvania state/federal clearances
- Strong communication skills and adaptability
- Prepared to provide licensure documentation during the process
- Must participate in a virtual interview via Zoom
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify student needs and develop goals
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to academic achievement
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Document and report on student progress in accordance with school and state requirements
