Key Qualifications:
- Valid and active Occupational Therapy license/certification in Pennsylvania (please provide at submission)
- Documented school-based OT experience, specifically in K-12 settings
- Comfortable working onsite in an urban school community
- Willingness to obtain Pennsylvania clearances as required for school personnel
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- COTAs are not eligible for this position
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students across the K-12 spectrum
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Work closely with educators, support staff, and families to foster an inclusive learning atmosphere
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Serve as a resource to school staff in the integration of therapeutic strategies within the classroom
